LET'S CREATE

The hardest part about starting the planning of your event is narrowing down your ideas. If you need help harnessing your ideas (who doesn't) this is the package for your. This gets you event plan started, but you have free reign for the rest of the way!
What this package includes:
- Site visit and measure up
- Client consultation onsite
- Brainstorming of ideas and identifying needs/wants/theme
- Sourcing of suppliers that best suit what you want

LET'S PLAN

So you know what you want, you just need help getting all suppliers organised. We can help here. This package can be used in conjunction with the Let's Create package - or alone!
What the package includes
- Continues e-mail and phone consultations with both you are your suppliers 
- Site visit with client
- Coordination of delivery and collection
- 3D planning
- Identifying anything that has been missed
- Meeting with florist/caterer/etc.

LET'S DO IT

Finally, it's the event day! The Let's Do It package is for people who need on the day coordination. This package can be used in conjunction with both the Let's Create and the Let's Plan package - or alone!
What the package includes
- Site visit with client
- E-mail and phone consultations with you are your suppliers
- On the day site management 
- Set-up and pack down 
- Coordination with suppliers regarding delivery and collection
